Seems like I forgot to plug the fact that I did a fairly well receieved talk in Brighton recently about using empathy in testing. Specifically with a view towards troubleshooting project issues by way of improving your communication skills. Something that seems to be a relatively hot topic at present. Just check out the #StateOfTesting Twitter stream.
